Membership cancellation
Send a cancellation or non-renewal request to BASF identifying the member organization and membership period. Ask for written confirmation of the effective date and the effect on access and any outstanding obligations.
Renewal and recurring payments
This website does not create an automatically renewing subscription. If you have a separate recurring arrangement, refer to its authorization and notify BASF to discuss cancellation. Do not assume that closing a browser page cancels a separately authorized arrangement.
Previously paid fees
Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate matters. Previously paid dues or fees are reviewed under the terms governing the transaction and the Refund Policy.
Events and sponsorships
Contact BASF for event cancellation, attendee substitution or sponsorship changes. The applicable event registration or sponsorship agreement controls deadlines and financial consequences.
