Published events are provided for information. Contact BASF to confirm current availability, venue, schedule, admission price and what is included. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a place. Event payments are separate from annual membership dues.
Changes by attendees
Confirm cancellation deadlines, substitution eligibility and refund terms before registration. Contact BASF with the attendee name and registration reference to request a change.
Changes by the organizer
Schedules and venues can change. Contact BASF for confirmed arrangements and any rescheduling or cancellation notice. The terms communicated for the event and applicable law govern refunds or credits.
Attendance
Follow venue requirements and event instructions. Membership-related admission benefits depend on the event and your confirmed membership status.
