Voluntary purpose
Voluntary support is separate from membership dues and event admission. The three support options describe industry advocacy, industry connections and general association support. They do not represent separately established charitable funds.
Amounts, use and restrictions
No contribution is collected through this website at present. Contact BASF to agree the amount, payment arrangement and intended use. A designation should be accepted in writing before it is treated as a restriction on use.
Benefits and tax treatment
A contribution does not by itself enroll the contributor as a member, purchase event admission or guarantee promotional benefits. This website makes no representation of charitable tax deductibility. Consult a qualified adviser about your circumstances.
Errors and recurring support
Contact BASF promptly about payment errors or refund requests. The Refund Policy and agreed contribution terms apply. No recurring support is authorized through this website.
