Sponsorship inquiries are expressions of interest and do not create a sponsorship contract or reserve exclusive rights. Availability varies by program and event.
Written scope
Before commitment, obtain a written description of recognition, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, artwork requirements, cancellation and refund treatment. No sponsorship benefits are included solely by visiting this website or choosing a membership dues level.
Changes and content
Changes to deliverables or schedules should be agreed directly with BASF. Sponsors must have rights to any names, artwork or content they supply. The accepted written agreement governs the sponsorship.
