Requesting review
Contact BASF with your name, payment date, amount, payment reference and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers or banking credentials. BASF needs these details to locate the relevant transaction and review the terms agreed for it.
Membership dues
Refund eligibility for membership dues is determined by the membership terms provided for your enrollment and applicable law. No universal refund period or automatic refund is represented on this website. Confirm refund conditions before authorizing payment.
Events and sponsorship
Event cancellation, substitution and rescheduling terms depend on the event’s registration terms. Sponsorship refunds depend on the agreed scope and written terms. Contact BASF for the arrangement applying to your purchase before payment.
Voluntary support and payment errors
Contact BASF promptly about a contribution made in error or a suspected duplicate payment. Include the transaction reference and intended purpose. Requests are reviewed under the relevant terms and applicable law; a request is not a promise of approval.
Timing and outcomes
BASF can confirm eligibility, required information and any expected processing period after identifying the transaction. If a refund is approved, the payment service’s processing times may also apply. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
